Introduction

Firemoon Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI inference platform and related services (the "Service"), including the Anime Style, Sketch Style, and Video Editor plugins in ChatGPT and Codex.

Information we collect

Personal information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

• Register for an account or contact us
• Use our AI inference services
• Subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications
• Participate in surveys, contests, or promotions
• Contact us for customer support

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and payment information.

Usage data and AI model inputs

When you use our AI inference platform, we collect:

• API requests and responses
• Input data (prompts, images, videos, audio) submitted to AI models
• Generated outputs from AI models
• Usage metrics (inference count, processing time, model selection)
• Technical logs and error reports

Automatically collected information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use our Service:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage patterns and analytics data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies
• Geographic location data (approximate)

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI inference services
• Process your API requests and generate AI model outputs
• Improve platform performance and reliability
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
• Monitor usage patterns and prevent abuse of our services

AI model training and data processing

Firemoon does not use your input media, prompts, or generated outputs to train AI models. Generation requests are processed by third-party AI services, as described below. This statement describes Firemoon's own use of content; those providers' processing and retention practices are governed by their applicable terms and policies.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve our platform performance and infrastructure, but this does not include your actual content or personally identifiable information.

Media creation and editing plugins

Anime Style converts images and short videos into anime; Sketch Style converts them into drawings. Video Editor changes short videos through visual instructions or applies trimming, resizing, center cropping, muting, and joining. Product Studio creates product photographs and animations; Storyboard Studio creates ordered scene images, animations and joined clips. Photo Rescue restores, optionally colorizes and enlarges photographs; Room Makeover creates and refines furnishing and decor concepts from room photos. Thumbnail Lab creates and refines thumbnail images; Motion Logo animates supplied logos; Game Asset Studio creates and refines PNG game concept artwork. Outfit Preview creates clothing concepts from person and garment photos; Caption Studio burns captions into short speech videos; Voice Rescue isolates speech in audio recordings; Scene Sound generates sound effects for short videos; App Demo Studio animates supplied app screenshots. Cutout Kit removes or replaces image backgrounds; Vector Studio traces raster images into SVG; Vertical Remix crops, pads or extends short videos; Soundtrack Studio generates music cues from text; Color Match prepares approximate reference looks and grades photos or short clips. When you request media creation, an edit or conversion, the selected plugin receives the image, video or audio attachment reference or URL you supply, your selected style, any additional art direction, and the number of image variations requested. Images, videos and audio may contain personal information, including faces, voices, and details visible in the original scene. We download the supplied media to process your request. The plugin does not request your full chat history.

Connecting the plugin uses Firemoon sign-in and authorization. We use the connection credential to associate requests with your Firemoon account and record processing usage. Enter sign-in credentials on the Firemoon sign-in page, rather than in a chat or prompt.

We send the source media, conversion instructions, and settings to fal.ai for AI processing. Image conversion uses Nano Banana Edit, and video conversion uses Google's Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 editing model through fal.ai. Product Studio and Storyboard Studio use Nano Banana for images and MiniMax H3 Max Turbo for image animation through fal.ai. Photo Rescue uses Nano Banana for restoration and colorization and Topaz for enlargement; Room Makeover uses Nano Banana for image edits, through fal.ai. Thumbnail Lab and Game Asset Studio use Nano Banana through fal.ai; Motion Logo uses MiniMax H3 Max Turbo through fal.ai. Outfit Preview uses the virtual try-on model, Caption Studio uses Auto-Caption, Voice Rescue uses ElevenLabs Audio Isolation, Scene Sound uses MMAudio V2, and App Demo Studio uses Gemini Omni Flash for single screenshots and MiniMax H3 Max Turbo for paired screenshots, through fal.ai. Cutout Kit uses Bria, Vector Studio uses Recraft, Vertical Remix uses Luma for AI extension, Soundtrack Studio uses Stable Audio, and Color Match uses post-processing color correction for photos, through fal.ai. Crop, pad and video color grading run on Firemoon using FFmpeg. Vercel hosts our website and plugin server and stores uploaded and generated media in Vercel Blob. Our database stores generation records, including account references, model and input settings, output references, cost, and processing time. Input settings can include prompts and media URLs; some long values are truncated in these records.

Brand Memory stores your named brand profiles, palettes, tone and reference-asset URLs in an account-scoped database. You can list, replace or delete these profiles through your authenticated connection. In supported hosts, composer search exposes only your account's saved profiles. Asset URLs retain their existing visibility.

Retouch Brush processes a photo and your painted region; Loop Lab animates an image and reverses the clip to form a loop; Dub Studio transcribes short video speech, synthesizes reviewed narration with ElevenLabs through fal.ai, and replaces the original audio. Packaging Studio exports SVG label concepts and generates mockups. Theme Kit creates wallpaper and icon images; Collage Studio arranges supplied photos; Retro Camera applies deterministic color treatments; Tattoo Concepts creates artwork and placement previews; Micro Drama creates and animates fictional frames and joins selected clips. Media and exported files for these workflows use link-accessible Vercel Blob storage. Anyone holding a media or export link can access it. Opened host files are read or written only through the host's supported resource access; these plugins do not gain unrestricted access to your computer.

Media links and visibility

New Sketch Style, Video Editor, Color Match video grading and Vertical Remix crop/pad results use private Vercel Blob storage. Uploads are associated with your account. Your authenticated plugin connection retrieves result links for the chat canvas. These signed preview and download links expire after 24 hours. Anyone with a valid link can access that result until the link expires, without signing in again. Do not share these links with people you do not want to access your result. Sketch Style and Video Editor source uploads remain account-protected. Color Match and Vertical Remix source attachments use link-accessible uploads even when the processed video result uses an expiring signed link. Visual conversion source media is sent as bytes to fal.ai for the requested processing; traditional Video Editor operations run on Firemoon without an AI processing provider. For visual processing, the provider's own processing, storage, and retention policies apply. Firemoon does not publish source upload links for this flow. Cutout Kit, Vector Studio, Soundtrack Studio, Color Match photos and references, Vertical Remix AI extension, Outfit Preview, Caption Studio, Voice Rescue, Scene Sound, App Demo Studio, Thumbnail Lab, Motion Logo, Game Asset Studio, Photo Rescue, Room Makeover, Product Studio, Storyboard Studio, Anime Style and earlier Sketch Style releases use publicly accessible source and result links. Anyone who obtains these links can access their media; this update does not retroactively change them.

Results and their links are returned to the chat application you are using for preview and download. That application handles the information under its own privacy policy. Do not submit media or prompts containing information you do not want processed by these services. Only submit content you have permission to use.

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Third parties who assist us in operating our platform, including AI generation providers, cloud hosting and storage, database services, payment processing, and customer support. These plugins' generation and media services are described above.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Protection: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
• Consent: With your explicit consent for specific purposes

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade protection
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Data retention

Retention depends on the type of information and the service involved:

• Account information: Stored while your account is maintained, subject to deletion requests and records we need to retain for legal, security, or billing purposes.
• Uploaded media, generated content, and generation records: Saved after processing to support generation history, previews, and downloads. Anime Style, Sketch Style, and Video Editor currently have no automatic expiration period for these saved files and records. They remain stored unless removed following a deletion request or for operational reasons; they are not deleted immediately after generation.
• Technical logs: Retained for service operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Retention varies with the hosting and logging service; we do not promise a uniform expiration period.
• Billing records: Retained as needed for accounting, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.
• Third-party copies: AI providers and the chat application may retain copies under their own policies. Deletion by Firemoon does not itself delete copies held by those services or people who downloaded your media.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
• Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service
• Restriction: Request limitation of processing
• Objection: Object to certain processing activities

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@firemoon.studio. For an Anime Style, Sketch Style, or Video Editor media deletion request, include the relevant result links or generation identifiers and the email associated with your Firemoon account. We may need to verify your identity before responding. There is currently no media deletion control inside the plugin. You can disconnect the plugin through your chat application's connection settings to stop it using that connection; disconnecting does not delete stored media or generation records.

International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

Children's privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
